There are those who are on the receiving end of stress, and those who are on the
giving end of stress but never receive it. You receive stress because you are leaning
in a specific direction.
Leaning to the left means you are extremely critical and disagree on all matters.
Whatever you look at, you only see the negative aspect. As you only notice the
unpleasant things when you read the newspaper, you exclaim that because of this
or that reason, society will be ruined or society is going to hell. As your eyes are
fixed on the negative only, you constantly feel uneasy, and dislike this person for
this reason and dislike that person for that reason.
However, people are always half and half. No matter how unscrupulous one acts, he
absolutely will have one good aspect. But the negative points stare you in the eyes,
and these pile up, so of course you feel stressed. This is the kind of personality that
receives a lot of stress.
On the other hand, those who always see things from the good side lean to the
right. This is good for this reason and that is good for that reason. All things
are exciting and everything is what they desire. As they see all things as good, they
lack any desire to develop themselves. They don’t have the thing for which they
want to try hard to achieve; everything is just good. This situation is also not
desirable.
While looking on both sides, knowing critical points to a moderate amount, you
should be able to take what you need to take, without accepting everything
blindedly. Doing so, having a slightly positive point of view is the middle way. You
should not be blinded to one side. It is necessary to think in a positive way while
looking on both sides.
